Slash’s New Song – By The Sword

Slash performed a song called “By The Sword” off his upcoming self-titled solo album at a benefit concert this past Sunday (November 22) at the Avalon in Hollywood, California. The show, billed as “Slash & Friends”, was a fundraiser for the Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN) is a non-profit organization providing services to homeless and runaway youth.

Ozzy’s official web site has been updated with a new announcement – an announcement which basically denies that, BLS Guitarist, Zakk Wylde will be leaving the band permanently and replaced by Gus G of Firewind. According to the announcement, the 28 year-old guitarist was only taking the stage for a one-time gig at Blizzcon 2009, nothing more.
