That’s right, Brütal Legend the movie. No there are no reports of a movie (that I know of), no this isn’t some kind of twisted joke (that I’m aware of), but this is an interesting idea. After watching Brütal Legend’s official trailer from EA, the idea of a movie seems like an interesting concept. Perhaps it will be directed by Rob Zombie

With Lipstick On The Mirror, the Grand Rapids, Michigan quintet revs up rock n’ roll. Their first full-length album is just as loud and proud as the midwestern mecca where they hail from. Pop Evil push out a propulsive combination of epic guitar leads, massive sing-a-longs and bombastic beats on songs like “Breathe” and “100 in a 55.” When all is said and done, these five men provide the proverbial kick in the pants that hard rock needs these days.

The studio version of “The Shortest Straw” was included on Metallica’s 1988 album “…And Justice For All”, which has sold over eight million copies in the U.S., according to the RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America). It was the band’s first full-length LP to feature bassist Jason Newsted, who joined the group following the death of Cliff Burton.
