Chickenfoot vs Van Halen

Chickenfoot, good as they may be, couldn’t have happened if Van Halen had not happened first. Half of the band is former VH members. What does that tell you? I am glad to have the Chickenfoot record on my iPod, but it is doubtful the band will ever scale the same heights as Van Halen

I know, we all thought the days of the super-group had long since died and withered, much like the big-hair and ripped jeans that were so prevalent, as they say, back in the day.
